Starting out as a muffler shop we have expanded to a full service car repair shop that performs services from car ac repair to exhaust repair to tire changes at our tire shop. I don't normally do social media but BIG SHOUT OUT TO JUN AND HIS CREW !!!! They put new flex pipes on my 05 toureg V8 1 week ago so I waited to see how it would run after and I must say good job! !! She runs so smooth and sounds good now.... Plus they saved me a ton of money $$$$$$ I would definitely recommend this place , nice clean job reasonable price and jun kept it 100 !!!

I am a mechanic by trade, so rarely take my vehicles for service, but needed work done that required a pipe bender which I do not have access to. The repair needed done was no problem for a good exhaust guy, but I was having a terrible time finding someone to do it. I had to meet a friend off York road and had time to kill, so I stopped into a random exhaust shop to ask about the work. Jun was at the front counter. I asked him about doing the job and he came right outside to look and told me making the repair would be no problem. We went inside and I scheduled an appointment. The morning of the appointment, I was having some problems and not able to make it on time. I called the shop and got no answer. I called many times over the day with no answer. Finally at about 1:30 I got through and asked if I could still come in. The man that answered did not identify himself, or I forgot that he did, but he told me I could still come. I live well over an hour away from the shop, so I left quickly. When I got there I found the parking lot jammed full of vehicles and people in the waiting room. Jun was at the counter and asked why I was so late and that he probably couldn't help me today. I explained that I had been calling without answer. He explained to me that the phones were not working most of the day and just came online again.  I told him I had called and was told to come in. Apparently, the man I talked to  thought I wanted to drop my truck off. Jun  moved his whole schedule around and I was fixed, paid and driving away within an hour and a half! Being in the business, I know full well that I was the pain in the neck customer of the day and those guys still took awesome care of me. The initials of the tech that did the work are DEJ. He did a very professional job repairing the flange on my Y-Pipe. While I was in the waiting room I was watching and listening to Jun conduct business. Someone who is in-the-know such as myself can recognize skill or deficiency in our peers with ease. Jun is a very knowledgeable mechanic and conducts extremely honest business. I would not hesitate to take anything to him whether it be exhaust work, or a complicated engine management system problem. Trust that these guys will take care of you!

I've just had a terrible problem being overcharged (nearly double!) for my oil change. Coupon was part of the reservation, but it was not honored when invoiced because they said it was not presented.  Bait and switch.

the owner of the meineke in cockeysville md is the best shop owner of any repair shop ive ever used in my 50 years of driving n hes not just a good owner hell soon become your freind as well n  his lead mechanic dean is one of the best youll find anywhere i give this shop a 5 star rating but they deserve a 10 star / try them n youll be a return customer for life.
