I recently purchased a vehicle from this place and I'd like to say that everyone was extremely helpful. It was a very laid back (but still professional) experience and I never felt pressured to spend more money than I wanted to. They were able to provide financing that beat the interest rates of my bank. They also offered great extended warranty options at reasonable prices. Overall, my experience was very positive. I would recommend giving them a chance to sell you your next vehicle.

I'm always satisfied with the service I receive at Anderson and I always experience friendly service and they go out of their way to help me. I just came in with my friend and her daughter to get my car checked out for a trip that I plan to make in a week, Jamie helped me, like she always does when I come for an oil change, and she gave us excellent service. She was so good with the 3 year old, and after a 2 hour wait she let us take her into the (I guess employee lounge) and let her watch cartoons to keep the kid occupied. Hands down the best customer service I've had ever, anywhere. And not just with the kid, she always is awesome to me when it's just me and I come in. The lady who checked me in and took care of me and my two kids went above and beyond to be sure we were all safe and comfortable. She helped my kids stay entertained while not disturbing other customers. She explained everything that was going on with my car and gave accurate time estimations along the way. She even gave me her direct line to call her next time we were coming in so she could get us in and out as efficiently as possible. I have never experienced this level of service anywhere else and that makes me a loyal Anderson customer for life.

I went to Anderson automotive to maybe purchase a vehicle. I resently file a bankruptcy. And I wanted to try to help repair my credit, they told me they work with credit issues, so I went there to see what they could do for me. I purchased a 2015 ford fusion from them. It was dark when I left there, The next day I noticed I had no antenna so I called them I was told they would order me one. So They said they would call when it was in they would let me know. So now a week or so later with no response from them I called and they told me that it had come in but someone had sent it back and that they would order a new one and when it came in they would mail my tags and the antenna to me in the mail. I called three different people about my antenna and tags and no one ever called me back. Now today 2months after buying my vehicle I had to lose a day of work to wait for the UPS person to deliver my tags on the 21st of June. temp tag ran out on the 19th. And I still never got my antenna from them. They told me to order one and they would reimburse me for it.They do not have good customer service. I would not and will not advise anyone to buy from this dealership.

This place is racist. They do not support black people and refused me service multiple times. I am going to file a lawsuit. I have been in here bunch of times and each time it has gotten worse and worse. tried to contact the service department MULTIPLE times over two days, via the phone, and all got was their voice mail. In addition, my call was not returned. I'm going elsewhere for service..... Well, against my better judgement I tried again about a two weeks ago (December), and I pretty much had the same experience. I called and spoke with a receptionist and this very nice lady said she would give my message and have him call me. The day past and about 4:00 PM received a phone call from the receptionist asking if I had ever received a call from the service department. I told her that I had not and she apologized..... Strike two I really do not understand how so many people are getting good service... Is it me? After my initial response a manager did leave me a message, but I have not had time to respond. I will call if I get a response to this time.....

Ok so I purchased a new Acadia 2 months ago and what an easy process it was! No sitting around forever waiting for finance. No confusion on prices and amenities! They found exactly what I wanted when I wanted it! My sales guy took the time to show me what all the features did on multiple occasions. I just had my first service done and it was a breeze. Go to Anderson I'm telling you. They will take very good care of you!!!!I I rarely leave reviews but I own an Acadia which is a great truck and Anderson GMC has been great with service. Yesterday i took my car into the shop without an appointment and said my right rear tire had a screw in it and i needed to have it repaired. I was told that they may not be able to fix it and it may have to wait a day as they were extremely busy. The car was finished later in the day and they fixed the tire. i had taken it to another tire dealer the evening before and was told it could not be fixed. Anderson is great to deal with and the customers are treated with respect and they are good honest people. They were taught by the best. Thanks.
