I had a radio, Bluetooth, NAV system and backup camera installed in my 2007 Ford F150. I live in the Westminster area, about 40 minutes from their shop. The first radio they installed lost all reception once I got into Westminster so they replaced it. Same thing happened so they added an amplifier for the radio antennae. Still didn't work. 
They finally pulled that radio out and tried another brand and it worked great, never loses a signal. I have to say that Doug stayed on this until he got it working. I was very impressed and highly recommend them.

Update: Once again Automotive Concepts went above and beyond. I purchased a fairing for my Harley and after trying 3 different radios/antennae's they all lost reception. Purchased the same system from Doug that they'd installed in my truck and it didn't work. Left the bike with him and after a couple of weeks he found out it was an LED headlight bulb causing it. Removed the bulb and it's working great.
I can't say enough about this place and the way they'll stay on top of something until it's fixed. Doug is amazing with how he stuck to this and found out it's a bulb.
I highly recommend these guys.

I got the interior of my car reupholstered for a little over a grand. They did a phenomenal job! There was some adhesive on the doors and they took my car back and apologized and removed it promptly. Great work and great customer service!  Definitely would recommend this place for interior reupholstery.

I called automotive concepts to get a quote to re-upholster my car from cloth to leather. When they told me just over $1,000 I was shocked I was anticipating a price close to double that much. I just picked up my car today it took just over 1 full day. The job they did is unbelievable! It looks like it just came off the factory floor! Great customer service, great price, quality work. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get upholstery work done.

Would not do business ever again.  

1 month ago I took my truck in to have the rear glass replaced.  This was not glass that could be replaced by a mobile unit.  I left the truck with them for the entire day.  This was not unexpected.  Upon pick up of the vehicle I was told that I had to leave the windows up for 2 days and the yellow masking tape that was applied for 2 days as well.  Of course not wishing to have the window blow out I complied.  
While driving with my family 2 weeks later, and the first rain sine the repair, my son starts to complain that he is getting dripped on.  Sure enough there was a significant leak from the window.  I called first thing Monday to get the leak fixed.  The customer service person did not apologize for the mistake but simply setup an appointment for the "repair."  Again leave the truck the whole day and get it back with an assurance that the leak was fixed, no apology. 
Four days later it rains again, this time on the other side on my daughters head.  Daddy I'm getting wet.  This time I'm mad considering that they have had the vehicle 2 full days and I'm now looking down the barrel of day 3.  Additionally it rains all weekend, of which they are closed, and I have to tarp my truck and NEW window.  Monday I call again, the customer service rep again doesn't apologize, they again only schedule the service.  This time I'm angry at the lack of interest in my service.  I tell the rep to discuss with whomever needs to know that I want a reimbursement for the labor costs, as the labor was not worth the cast that I have had to pay.  Again drop of the truck again no apology.  Upon picking up the truck the full day later, I ask about my partial refund.  Keep in mind this window installation was over $800, FYI Safe Lite is cheaper,  they owner is asked in the other room adjacent to the main office.  He says no "its covered under warrant, that why we didn't charge him for fixing the window."  
Unreal total lack of concern for their customers.

I cannot express my total satisfaction with Doug and his team at Automotive Concepts in Timonium. I drive a fairly expensive car that you may not see many on the road (Tesla). I have a friend who drives the same car and he told me about Doug's team. Get this - I drove from Waldorf to Timonium (76 miles one way) to meet him. I recently purchased a sub woofer and because it's an aftermarket item, Tesla nor any other local shops in Waldorf, did not want to touch the car. After spending 10 minutes with him, i was convinced that he could do the job; after all, he has done a few Teslas in the area. Long story short I had my sub woofer sent directly to him and it was installed - without any problems. But that's not all!

I went back to Automotive  Concepts two more times to get aftermarket items installed. He is a true professional and his team are as well. They must be doing a great job - Other than Tesla and myself, he is the only one who I completely trust with my car. Trust me - if I drive over 140 miles around trip, I am really confident he can do any job for me. Sometimes driving to the nearest place for convenience isn't always the best....
