The customer service was nice and they didn't take but maybe 30 minutes to change my oil. The mechanic left a dirty rag in my car accidentally dropped his phone in there too and I didn't realize it about 45 minutes after I left so I had to come back and drop it off for him. Overall it wasn't a bad experience, but I did like having to make an trip back there with my two year old.

I took my Cadillac here didn't know what the problem was and they took care of me. Great Customer service gave me an excellent deal on a new battery and did a full diagnostics check at no cost. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in the area. I also will be a returning customer at this location!!!

The Reineke Car Care Center at 885 Marathon Parkway, Lawrenceville, Georgia are the best at what you want done for your car. This caring team of automobile experts conducted a meticulous pre-sale inspection that ruffled the soul of the car dealer but kept the negotiations in the customers hands and I thank them for your careful detailed inspection.  Subsequent maintenance of my car has been accompanied by personalized car care while managing to keep costs within affordable and fair pricing as I experienced the professional and individual care I receive when I bring my car to Josh and the rest of the automobile care team.  HEB

Had my first service done at this center and was very happy with the experience. My vehicle has been getting poor gas mileage of late and Chris talked to me about a fuel service. Since I left the car seems like it has more pep. I can't wait to fill up to see if my gas mileage improved. Nice place. Nice guy.
