Starting out as a muffler shop we have expanded to a full service car repair shop that performs services from car ac repair to exhaust repair to tire changes at our tire shop. I live 1.5 hours away from this shop and am eight months pregnant. But I was out of town when my car started overheating. I called this shop because it was close to my current location. I asked them if they look at my car and fix it that day and they said yes. Upon bringing the car in (and at that point, not being able to get it to anywhere else because it was late in the day), i was told that despite what they said, they couldn't even look at my car until the next day. I was not happy, but said fine and arranged for someone to get me. They know how far away I love. The store closes at 6, and my transportation would not be arriaving until 6:20 because we live so far away. At 6:05, they suggested that I leave their shop and go to a BAR or find somewhere else to wait because they were "closing up". Keep in mind, it's 88 degrees out, I'm 8 months pregnant and I have no transportation. These two 35+ MEN kicked me out of their shop so they could get home a little faster. THEIR MISTAKE is the reason I needed the ride in the first place. When I told them I would take my 8 months pregnant self and wait outside, alone, in the sweltering heat for my ride so they could get home faster, they offered to return my keys to me so I could "take my car somewhere else" absolutely horrible.

These guys are crooks.  Two years in a row, I took my car into these guys for a state inspection.  Both times they said in order to pass, I needed a power steering flush service.  I am an idiot for believing them.  This year, they did not do it correctly and now my steering makes severe noises.  There is nothing in the state inspection requiring a steering flush.  I am an idiot for believing them but they are absolute crooks for proposing this.  Avoid at all costs.

I live across the street from these guys so I end up using them out of pure convenience. I was wary at first (like I am with all franchised quick stop auto repair places), but these guys never do me wrong. I do only go here for quick, small repairs, but still: never dissatisfied.

PS: Consider Henry's Muffler in Raleigh for exhaust work.

I had oil change appointment and I came 5 min late at shop. Front desk looked surprised amd checked in system and I had an appointment. He told me that he took someone since I missed my appoitment. They didn't call me to check up if I am coming or not nor could they wait for 5 mins. After I argued he told no for a service.

Really horrible customer service neither respect for them.  I went jiffy lube next door after then. Never going back.
