Mel is honest, straight forward, polite and courteous. He has worked on two of my trucks. When my elderly mother needed her car worked on, I took her to Mel's. He and Wade treated her wonderfully. I really appreciate the great service here.
Another year later, still the same great service.

Took my sons Corolla here.  Wade figured out quickly what the problem was and had it fixed at a reasonable price.  Great shop, I’ll be back!

Had to get a Pre-purchase Inspection for a car my daughter was looking at out of town.  It also had a Salvage title, which made me a bit leery of the vehicle.  Because it was out of town for us, I had to Google an unknown shop to do it for us, and Mel's popped up & had good reviews,  so I called.  They were so flexible on getting us in when the seller could meet with us the next day.  Mel & his assistant were very friendly & professional.  Mel made it very clear to all parties involved that he was working for me that day.   They were thorough & put my daughter & I at ease that they had our backs.  Pointed out things that were good & things that would need to be addressed & approximately a time frame on when we should address these minor issues if we decided to purchase.  Even suggested a few things for us to do before we made our decision.  Since my husband, who knows more about cars than I do,  was out of town for this transaction, I felt like I had someone there looking out for us.  Mel's even charged less than quoted, which was helpful.  Highly would recommend Mel's to anyone after this experience.  Thank you for having our backs.

I couldn't be more satisfied. Mel and Wade are complete professionals. I used to take my car to less professional mechanics because I thought it was cheaper but ended costing me more from repeat repairs of the same issue. Since my sister recommended me to Mel's I've been extremely satisfied. First I was surprised that their prices were about the same as the shady mechanics but the work, well I haven't had an issue return yet. Once they fix it it's fixed. I use Mel's for all my oil changes and every time Wade completely looks over my vehicle to find any issues that could be a problem. Seldomly finds anything unlike Jiffy Lube that always want to sell me an air filter but when he does it saves me money and time by preventing a larger future repair. I also never by a used car without having Mel's look it over. I trust them and so far (4+ years) they've never let me down.
