Well they revamped their menu items. Food was already great quality. Each order is made to order and they give a 5 minute window for people to get their food hot and ready to go. The French Onion Steak sandwich is to die for. The workers there know their stuff and are prepared for the many questions my girlfriend asks. Definitely the best comfort food if you want a quick bite and don't want the regular typical diet of fast food you can get anywhere. Heard Melt Shop is expanding and their food is a testament to their success.

This place had great food, but not what I expected for a grilled cheese place. I ordered the buffalo chicken, and all it was was over drenched buffalo chicken with no cheese at all. I would expect more cheese and the service was terrible. The staff looked like the hated being there. They were tired and mad when you changed your mind about something you wanted. Overall it was good.

I hate people say g that the service is awful. It's a counter sandwich shop they do not need to have good service. I eat out most days and this is one of my favorite places to grab a bite. My wife and I go to the mall just to eat here buffalo sicken sand is amazing as are the tater tots

Really good grilled cheese sandwich. I had the three cheese sandwich and it was pleasantly filling as some grilled cheese sandwiches can be pretty heavy and greasy. Customer service was friendly and food came surprisingly fast.

You know what? This place is delicious. But it gave my girlfriend food poisoning. I didn’t eat from here this particular meal. I cannot possibly vouch for this place after being up all night with her over the toilet. Shame on you guys. All she wanted all day was grilled cheese from here and this is how it ends up... Go the way of the taco truck and bar. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
