Came here with all my ex friends. The line was super duper long, I sat in the floor for like an hour and a half. But customer service was a 5 star since their waitress was friendly enough to add avocado to my salad! It was wonderful!

Cheesecake factory is always delicious! The avocado spring rolls are amazing.  The sheet selection of items always astounds me and every dish I've evert tasted has been phenomenal.  The banana cream cheesecake is a great end to any meal.

The Cheesecake Factory is probably one of my favorite big chain restaurants. Their menu is huge, as are the portions. I ordered the shrimp and chicken gumbo with brown rice and it was delicious! The chicken was extremely tender--like it had been sous vided--and the gumbo had a wonderful depth of flavor. Our server, Kayla, was also fantastic. My only gripe is the size of our cheesecake, which I had it packed to go. Both me and my boyfriend's slices were tiny- it was almost as if a normal slice had been cut in half. The table adjacent to us had ordered cheesecake and their slices were huge compared to ours. Not sure if this issue is consistent with those who get cheesecake to go, but if that's the case, I would rather dine in to eat my cheesecake and pay an additional $1-2 tip for almost twice the size.

My girlfriend and I ate here on March 2nd and we got crab dip and a Caesar salad to share and two slices of cheesecake which we did not share. I got white chocolate raspberry and she got key lime. We ate those later that night at the house. At about 2:30 am she woke up with severe stomach pain that was moving around in her abdomen and it quickly progressed to severe vomiting and diarrhea. After looking up her symptoms we came to the conclusion that she probably had food poisoning but we were curious as to how she got it and I didn’t since we shared everything. The next day after she started feeling better she remembered we had separate cheese cakes and so she started digging online and found that dozens of people get food poisoning from the cheese cakes here because they aren’t stored at proper temperatures. Needless to say we won’t go back to any Cheesecake Factory for the overpriced gastrointestinal disaster. The 1 star I gave is generous but I didn’t have the option to give less.
