Great museum for Memphis music and history! Movie at the start (don't miss it) and then everything is at your own pace. If you read everything, listened to all the audio clips, and listened to half the songs.. This museum would take about 3 hours to go through. Pretty long but great info and music. Good info (kinda short though because it's only in one room) on Sam Phillips, Elvis, Jerry Lee Lewis, and BB King. A must stop for any Rock 'n' Roll or Blues fan visiting Memphis!

Great museum detailing the history of rock & soul music. The displays are well laid out and thought through, and the overall style and aesthetic of each room really adds to the experience. I particularly liked the jukebox options that allow you to listen to your choice of music through individual headsets as you make your way around the museum.

Very entertaining and relaxing. not overly expensive and with so much history along with all the music to listen to, had a great time!

Great but should be even bigger bearing in mind the power of this music. Pity that country museum got better funding...

If you love music, you have to visit this museum! Tons of history, artifacts, and music to listen to. I came away with some great influences to add to my collection at home too. Really helped with my understanding of the origins of Rock n Soul.
