Encompassing a 3D theater, planetarium, nature center, historic houses, and of course, a traditional museum, this unique collection has something for visitors of all ages and preferences to enjoy.
For starters, there’s the group’s namesake: The Pink Palace Museum. If history is what piques your interest, don’t skip the nearby historic sites, The Mallory-Neely House and the Magevney House. From the CTI 3D Giant Theater to the Autozone® Dome at the Sharpe® Planetarium, there are endless ways for visitors to explore the skies and innovations of tomorrow.
In fact, area residents and visitors with a passion for exploration will further delight in the museum group’s additional attractions: the Coon Creek Science Center and the Lichterman Nature Center. Aspiring archaeologists can glimpse fossils from 70 million years ago at the science center, while animal lovers can learn about nearby wildlife at the nature center.
