Went to men's Warehouse just this week looking for a new suite and Justin hooked me up and helped me out. Very helpful, polite, and great knowledge of the products. Will definitely be going back there when I need something else!

Very happy with the Men's Wearhouse in Sioux Falls. We live in Bismarck, ND but got married in Sioux Falls as that is where I am from. We did all our planning and ordering through the Bismarck store and it was a complete mess, so many things went wrong. We went in to pickup my husbands suit from the Sioux Falls location 2 days before our wedding. He came out of the dressing room looking like a clown, Bismarck ordered him a suit that was 5 sizes bigger than it should have been (I do not know if they measured wrong or entered it wrong but it was all wrong) he had not lost any weight that would have contributed to this. Sioux Falls was amazing they were able to get us the right suit the next day and all was well. So thankful for the staff that was assisting us, I was stressing out and they were very calm and reassuring that they would have what we needed in the next 24 hours!

If I could give no stars I would! They kept calling us stating an usher didn't get sized. I told them multiple times the usher wasn't wearing their suit. The day we went in to pick up the suits the customer service person stated they didn't cancel the ushers suit, they canceled the GROOMS! We were there over an hour straightening it out! And then when we got the suits home the ties were barely able to be put on because they were bent all up and the vests buttons were falling off! I will never recommend anyone to use mens warehouse! Take your money somewhere else!!!

You're going to like the way you look. Customer service and store organization is top notch. Don't worry about it if "men's formalwear" isn't your thing. Everyone on staff is fantastic and will help you with what you need. Also, if Jack Gordon - former South Dakota state student council president - approves of this store, so do I. Thanks for all the help getting me what I need!

I've rented tuxes and purchased clothes, shoes, etc from here and the customer service has been great. Staff is hard working. Selection is good. Had pants with a defect and they replaced them and hemmed them for me in a timely manner.
