Madison, I was in on Sunday and for the first time in the many many times I’ve walked into Buckle either to look for at shoes, jewelry, or for My husband I was finally approached and offered assistance! I’m a bigger person and often don’t even get a hello! I’ve stopped going in to the actual buckle due to the snobbery but they happened to have a pair of boots I wanted so I went to try them on! You were helpful, friendly, and helped me complete my task in a timely manner! Thank you!

So today was the first time I've went to the Buckle and I'll never go back again. I went in looking for jeans and I needed help because I was unfamiliar with the sizing. There were at least 3 associates around me asking others if the needed help. When I waited until they were done with a customer, as I would approach they would deliberately not make eye contact or pretend they were busy until another customer walked in. I have never been treated so disrespectfully in a store in all my life. Just because I didn't look like I had the money, or maybe couldn't fit into your clothes, or whatever the reason it's absolutely inexcusable. 8/19/17

I was in the store 5 minutes, and was approached 6 times!!!!! Twice by the same person!!!!! I was so annoyed I couldn't even pick up a pair of pants without being bothered. Ilk spend elsewhere

The IN store service is excellent, staff is polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Plus, they work together to identify the perfect items and sizes for multiple family members! Later, when a gift needed to be exchanged in another state- my phone call was handled promptly and professionally. I could not be more pleased!! Kudos to their trainer/manager!

Could the staff be more annoying anywhere else? I understand helpfulness, but c'mon. Other than that I love their styles, but it's too expensive usually.
