I was incredibly impressed with the sales consultant Tracy. I had been to another store previously and left very frustrated. I came to the Citrus Heights store, attempting to fix our issue 1 more time and Tracy went above and beyond to make sure I left satisfied. Tracy did all kinds of research to find me what I was looking for, which was a duplicate vest to the one I had already purchased, because I needed to have the one purchased altered and I needed more fabric. Unfortunately, they did not have another in the same size, but they had 1 left in the entire company that was 2 sizes smaller; luckily I have an AMAZING alterations lady! Not only did I purchase what I was after, I got a shirt and some hats. When you go above and beyond, you end up getting a larger sale. Thank you Tracy, for caring about your customers and making sure that you do all you can to make them leave happy. I would come back to this location for services.

The employees were amazing and so sweet the the woman I presume was head honcho was real (literally and metaphorically) 5/5 would go there again

Was quickly greeted by personnel when I walked into door. Gal took my measurements and quickly showed me several suits that fit my needs for our company party. Suit fit well and she did an excellent job sizing the suit to my body. I felt comfortable in the suit and she then double checked price to find out it was less than she originally told me. She took alteration measurements and wrapped up transaction. Overall a great experience and suit was ready when committed.
