They do have nice things but the women working inside are quiet rude with a smile. On multiple occasions myself and several other moms I know, have had issues with the information we were provided, when calling the store directly. Recently, I asked if they were currently interested in double strollers and how much time I had to arrive, I was told they are interested in my item and they close at 8p.m. They did nlt mention they stop buying at 7 p.m.  This store is not in my neighborhood and as a single mother, my fuel and time are precious resources! Very unproffessional but, at least she told me to have a nice night.... Wow#

The prices are a bit high especially for items that not gentle used. EVERY NOW AND AGAIN I will find a diamond in the rough.The customer service,well the lack of is a more sufficient description...several times I heard employees talking about customer's buybacks and the last 3 times I went there were always 2 employees standing around talking...The prices I can live,the customer service not so much.

All of their stuff is way to OVER PRICED! and they are cheap with giving you money for your items! I brought in 4 huge shopping bags full of stuff most of it name brand! Carters, target, gap, Gymboree, and even salt water sandles etc etc and all I got was 30$ I mean I shouldn't complain because it is something but it's hard to work with 30$ in that store when even a simple shirt is $5.99. So practically they buy our stuff for 1 penny to a 1$ and then flip it for 3$-15$ Kind of a rip off! Customer service was ok. The cashier was really nice! So I'll give them that.

Over pricy while selling but way away from realistic price when buying. Double standard and poor quality thrift store. I wanted to give rating in negative but unfortunately not possible. Waste of time. Will not sell or shop from here...

We gave things that were great brand,quality,and were completely new, we gave them like 20-40of them. They only got 6 iteams and gave $5 for all 6of them .🤕
