Bought tires from them . only to find out a year later I need new ones. In have done 2 aligments during that time when I needed a oil change .They did not align anything correctly because I took my car into Ford and they said that this car looked like it has never had an alignment done too it. Now In have to get a special aligment so my frame is align correctly . I am not surprise that sears is going out of business

Horrible customer service in the large appliance section. They NEVER answer the phone. And no communicattion at all with each other! Ordered a refrigerator there and we put it on hold, they canceled our order instead! And said it was our fault! They also did NOT refund us for the money we paid from OUR debt card, instead they just put it on the credit card as store credit! Horrible staff! Don't reccomend wasting your time with these people!

Much better collection for cloths, bed/bath room, shoes, kitchen items compared to other Sears stores that I visited in Bay area. Got some good deals when used with free cash coupons from Sears. Convenient location as it is inside the Sunrise mall.

The customer service at this Sears at Sunrise Mall, Citrus Heights is awful.  Apparently, the current store manager Anastasia is Russian and hiring a lot of other Russians and making them managers and sales associates who are walking around with their noses turned up at customers, have serious attitude problems if you ask a question or for their assistance and stand around all day huddled in groups gossiping instead of helping customers.  One associate in fine jewelry named Natalia stands around doing nothing.  When asked questions about merchandise became irate and did not want to assist and claimed she needed to call another department and started repeatedly calling department(s) and slamming the phone down and turning her back in the customers face without any status of what she was doing.  Then started assisting another customer who was there to pick up a ring for her husband and the poor woman had to ask this nut for a ring box because she didn't want to be bothered providing that either.  This Sears has gone down the drain and is no longer the good ole store that American's built and shop.  Will gladly take my money elsewhere.  Now I know why there arent hardly any cars in their parking lot.

Their dickies shorts are 50 bucks and walmart sells them for 17..there is only one checkout stand and others stands only sell certain items..bizarre.no children shoes have np laces...all crud..one of five for men..
