Interesting...  I posted a review on 2/3/17 on Yelp and they took it down and blocked me from posting reviews on their site.  Apparently the corporate guy got pissed I called him out.  No wonder their reviews have been so good lately, they just block and take down the bad ones on Yelp.

I used to frequent this store on a regular basis and hadn't been in for a while.  I was in just before Christmas again.  The appearance of the store looks much better, cleaner, more modern, etc.  However, it seems to have a major identity crisis.  They now seem to have small selections of various types of products but really not much selection of each.  They now carry lingerie and mens underwear, but that has taken away from the space they used to have more toy and hard core selections.  But, that being said, its now a place that I thought my new girlfriend would be comfortable going to.  So, I took her last evening.  We browsed around hoping she'd find something she'd like, which would mean I could maybe get something I'd like.  She wasn't impressed either.  I was hoping she'd find some lingerie and then I could maybe introduce her to a harder core product.  Wasn't the case.  On both visits the sales staff were not nearly as helpful of knowledgable about the products as they were years ago.  When I was there several weeks ago there was a guy in the store yelling at and down right rude to several employees.  I happened to ask who he was when purchasing some lube and was told he's from corporate.  Sadly, not the friendly, knowledgable store with great selection it used to be.

I've shopped at Suzie's several times and will do business with them in the future. They have great staff with excellent product knowledge.  But don't expect their products to be as inexpensive.as the internet. The trade off being product knowledge and you don't have to wait for even over night shipping
In my opinion, well worth it!

Great selection lacking some kinks tho. Friendly staff and security open late and tests out toys before paying. Just wish some of them last longer then 10 min, bought wife a purple waterproof rechargeable vibratory lasted 10 min spring inside snapped, couldn't find a recipe so couldn't exchange it . But that's  not there fault. Only store I goto is Susie's kiss and tell ain't worth it less u want a board game . Otw there now even :)
