No real complaints. Had to wait a long time last time I went in to pay on my tux even though there was not anyone at the second register and the person in front of me walked away twice to try on clothes. Nice clothes people are not unfriendly but I don't exactly feel welcome when I'm there either.

I cannot be any happier with the customer service we received when customizing suits for my husband and my wedding. We always felt so welcomed when we came in to finalize the color suite and the colors for the inside liner, shoes that work best for our navy suits as well as shirts. It was a one stop shop and they were so knowledgeable with the quality of fabrics ad well!! We have gone into men's warehouse since our wedding and they still remember our names. We are forever grateful and appreciate everyone who helped make my groom and our groomsmen look very nice on our special day!

Don't both heading in here unless you're dressed to the nines. My fiance went in there not an hour ago to pick out a suit for our wedding. Walked around the store for 15-20 minutes and nobody bothered to offer any sort of help, despite there being several employees on staff (one of which made eye contact and still said nothing). Then, a gentleman in a suit & tie walked in and was flooded with textbook customer service. Would have made a pretty expensive purchase on the spot, but definitely won't be back.

Looks dirty outside, staff inside were dressed well with bad customer service skills. Stared too much at us as if we were in the wrong place.
