After many years of giving this store my business I would say today will be the last.  after bringing about six cars of my own not including family today was the worst experience ever. I walked in And was greeted with silence by  an employee named Darius After about a 20 minute wait I was told that nothing could be done about the nail in my tire ( that has a two year warranty ) That had previously got taken out supposedly two months ago at this same store. I was handed my keys told have a good day. Trying to figure out why I couldn't get the nail taken out Darius ignored me and called for the next customer. asked Darius for an explanation and he became confrontational and loud. Needless to say I won't be picking up those $1400 tires I asked him about ordering. I'll Driving about 40 minutes of lemon Avenue where I know the service is good.

I usually get air in my tires here it is offered as a free service but I always tip the attendant  but on this occasion I didn't have cash and the attendant decided that he needed to let me know that he is providing me a service and expected a tip.  I had intended to drop one off on way back home but it angered me that he said it!  
I'm am the type of person that always tips whether service is good or bad. If good 20% and more.  He says this while standing by a sign that states free air!

This place was totally amazing. I went in to get my two front tires replaced (they were shredding) and went to pay and my card was not working for some reason and I finally got it to pay a little over half and it would not do any more so the extremely nice man named Moses who was helping me told me it would be fine and just let me pay what I had paid already! I even pulled out what cash I had and he would not let me pay anymore! It was extremely nice of him and I will definitly be back for tires in the future! And Ill also be sure my card is working or that I have the cash on hand! 😂😂

I stopped into this Discount Tire this morning just before 10AM to have my tires rotated.  I did not have an appointment, so I asked how long the wait was to have the tires rotated, as I had an appointment at noon.  I was informed it would be an hour MAX, and I should be out of there by 11AM.  I told him that would work just fine, and I went to wait.  After sitting for an hour, now 11AM, I looked outside and my vehicle had not moved.  I inquired about it, and was simply told I had 3 more vehicles in front of me.  

At this point, I had no more time to wait.  I asked for my keys back and left, after wasting over an hour of my morning for no reason.

Really appreciate e-mails reminders to check tire pressure. Like the friendliness of staff, thier professionalism and product knowledge.

This time decided to have tires checked/rotated. Upon examination discovered two rear tires needed replacement. Daniel patiently explained the different options and took the time to learn about my preferances in performance verses longivity. Based on our dialog he special ordered what I needed and it arrived the following day as promised.

Was in/out in less than 30 minutes from the time I checked in, make a quick visit to the ladies room and grab a comp bottle of drinking water.
