Hardware manager, Abbey, was outstanding in doing an even swap for a Menards air tool that never worked right from the start, but was out of warranty and no parts or service available.Very satisfied!

Could not find the particular patio furniture that I was looking for. It was not with the other patio furniture. It was on the second floor in the storage loft. It took almost 10 minutes to find someone to help me locate it. Then I went upstairs to look at it, decided I wanted it. Then took another 10 minutes to find an employee to bring it downstairs. But he did wheel it to the cash register for me.
