I went here a few years back and I'm not sure if things have changed now but it's just about the worst place I've ever been! The people there are very rude or inexperienced. Most of them should not even still have their job there. They didn't help me what so ever. I was asked why I was there and I told them I'm just trying to get help but since I wasn't able to go to the group meetings cause of my job it didn't seem like they could help me. Apparentally they couldn't help you individually and it was completely ridiculous. I actually advise not going here if you are needing help with depression or anxiety. They are seriously the worst!
