Ever since Covid ended and they no longer due online classes for wic this place has really went down hill. I have to miss work to make the wic appointments the doors are always locked so me and my baby have to wait in the rain. They always try to test her for iron but they can never get a good reading and I have to come back. They have untrained staff poking my baby making her bleed for nothing.
They act like they can treat people anyway they want because it's over the phone instead of in person!!! Kept being hung up on for 2 days & Angie on the phone treated me like I was stupid with the tone she used when asking me questions. This is the worst experience I've ever had here at the Seminole Health Dept. They used to be so nice, knowledgeable & helpful but now they treat you like your not worth the breath needed to speak.
Loved loved loved the ladies who took care of me. They made me feel comfortable and they are wonderful at their jobs!
Was there this morning to get a flu shot. Was the first time I have been there. Fast and efficient. Job well done.
No more online wic appointments. very inconvenient.
The nurses and assistants here are So sweet to me and my daughter thank y’all .
