I've been working with Ed Briscoe to find just the right vehicle for my family. Ed suggested the Ford Flex. A huge amount of room for two growing boys, sports and band equiptment. Plenty of leg room in the back which is really why I was searching for a new vehicle. Ed took his time to educate me on the car and all the bells and whistles. I really liked Ed's no pressure approach. He really just enjoys sharing information about the products. I am so excited about this new vehicle and since Ed worked with me over the course of two weeks, I know that this is the right choice for us. We were not rushed into a decision. Thanks again Ed, you are the best.

Chip helped me get the exact vehicle I wanted. He was in constant contact with me through the process. Chip is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. Our family has been buying cars from OC Welch for years and we will continue to do so. Great dealership. Great experience.

I've dealt with dealerships a lot in my life. I have to say this was the worst experience. The dealership has more service work then they can handle.. They don't have the staff or the space.. The people I dealt with for the most part nice.. I spoke with Karl, Steve and Chip.. I was made a promise from service dept that has not been kept to date.. If something were seriously wrong with this car I would definitely travel to a better dealership.. This car is still in warranty . I shutter to think what service would be like for a car that no longer had a warranty.. I intend on returning  to this review as I interact with anyone at OC Welch.

I live in Virginia and wanted to purchase an Ford F250. I had been looking for several months and just didn't find one that quenched my thirst.  Looked on line and found what I was looking for at OC Welch Ford, made a phone call and talked to Brian Rose who displayed a positive attitude and got right down to business. Brian asked how I was going to arrive? I informed him by air he responded with "give me your flight information and we will pick you up". Once I arrived Brian stayed with me from start to finish. To me that's exceptional service. Thanks Brian.
