Absolutely 100% satisfied with my experience here! Our sales representative, Kevin Cross, was AWESOME! He made us feel extremely comfortable and worked with us to get a great deal on our 2018 Jeep Compass. Everybody was very helpful and informative. The process was very smooth as well. This is an example of how car dealerships and the process of buying a car should be! Great job Peacock!

Our sales rep John T. Was helpful at the purchase and process went well on 2017 ram truck. However we were happy about everything until we took first trip on a interstate trip almost three months later and experienced a shimmy from tires at higher speeds levels, called john and asked for help to just balance tires. Took three calls to finally make contact. His response was its been a long time but I will check for and call back. Week later no call back? Feeling like a piece of meat they don't care about.....

We have a Hotshot businesses and on March 29th our truck went on the fritz. We not being from South Carolina panicked because we was loaded and needed to deliver that day. We called all over and was told "we can get you in next week" . We took our chances and pulled into Peacock Dealership and explained our situation to Melissa in the service department. She told us what to do with our trailer and to get back over to the shop and we did. They got our truck in and took care of the problem and got us on our way asap. This was the Friday before Easter and we could have been turned away. Y'all have a great, dedicated employee and we was grateful we met her. Thank you Melissa and all your Co workers who made our travel brighter.

Went with my girlfriend to look at Jeeps, we were fortunate to get a really good deal somewhere else. I would still recommend this place because the salesmen were very helpful without feeling pushy. Knowledgeable and friendly, I felt welcomed without the awkward typical car salesman feel. If it wasnt for luck of the deal we got, we would have purchased a car from them today.
