I had the most comprehensive and enjoyable car buying experience in my 46 years of purchasing cars! The entire dealership was friendly. My sales associate, Kathleen Pierson, was extremely helpful and very patient! This is my second Mercedes I have purchased at this dealership and my first interactions with Kathleen was equally as pleasant. She took the time to explain and make sure I understood all the working elements of the car's computer system. I am technology challenged and her patience was remarkable! I can not say enough wonderful things about Kathleen and the dealership. I can only strongly recommend anyone thinking about purchasing a car, any car, go by and ask for Kathleen. You will not be disappointed.

I worked with Brian Parker for my 'B' service recently. He was super helpful. I had to get my car serviced ASAP but they didn't have a loaner car to give me, so after I dropped off my car at the dealership in the morning, they organized a shuttle drop off to my apartment (13 miles away), and then once the car was ready, they dropped it off at my apartment. They called me at every stage to let me know what was going on. Superb customer service!

This is my first "NEW" MB and I now know what "The Best Or Nothing" really means. Love the car! Love my GM, Ron West! Love my Sales Expert, Mike Collins! All around great experience! Ty for such a great car and service to go along. I know I can trust MB of Midlothian to keep me safe in a smooth running car for many years to come.

Our car maintenance was done on time and correctly with a follow up issue from a previous visit corrected.  The booking agent and loaner car arrangements were professional and spot on making it easy and hassle free from my spouse to drop off the car and go about her business while I was out of town.  Great Job!

I can't say enough about the the team at MB of Midlothian.  The car buying process is usually painful and ultimately disappointing.  Not so here.  The sales team is knowledgeable and customer service oriented.  The service team takes ownership of your vehicle's service appointment and will do whatever it takes to ensure you're satisfied.  I've been doing business with them for over 10 years, and am very satisfied with all aspects of this dealership. Highly recommended.
