I remember when I was looking at several lots for potential vehicles nobody came to help or took me seriously. As soon as  I stepped in at MB Pembroke Pines I was treated with respect and no pressure.  Raul Guillama came to my assistance When nobody did. I told him exactly what I was looking for. He went above and beyond and found the right car for me. He worked with me on pricing and even insurance. If you ever step foot here ask for Raul. He will definitely take care of you.

Great service!  Alex made sure everything was taken care of perfectly. I had an urgent situation and they were the only MB facility up and running after the hurricane. They took me in without an appointment and had everythjng completed within one hour.  I will definitely go back when service is required or when ready to buy again due to their excellent care.

This is our second purchase from Mercedes of Pembroke Pines.

Jose "Tony" Rodriguez has been our sales rep during the years in both sales and I just have to say he is one fantastic sales person to have by your side when visiting the dealership, his attention to our needs has always been superb —in all aspects and is there for you before, during and after the sale all the way through without any rush, nor any type of pressures to buy a car just making sure that you are happy with your car. A really nice, sincere, family oriented person.

Thanks "Tony" for all the extras you pulled for us in our latest purchase, we really are enjoying our new car and thanks again for all your previous courtesy and assistance while visiting the dealership.
