Salesman Joe has been very helpful throughout the purchasing process. Very knowledgeable about his job. Rest of the staffs were friendly and helpful as well. The process was short and efficient. It definitely saved time for us. A great dealer. Highly recommend it.

They take care of you. If I was the type of person who was entitled and liked to tell people what to do I would probably have been very happy. As it was I'm an easygoing guy and was extremely gratified by the personable and welcoming atmosphere. If you think you might be intimidated, trust me, you can go in wearing a graphic t shirt and jeans and get as much respect as anyone else. They're nice!

I've been to many Pepe Auto Group and this one is the worse. Everything went smoothly in terms of calling and getting an appointment for my c300 Mercedes Benz 2013. I was assisted by Marie. I get there after I let my daughter attempt to get a service b3. They said they needed someone over 25 years of age to go and be responsible for taking out a loaner. Marie attempts to charge me over 800 dollars for this repair knowing it's less. I had to state it to her and then she adjusted it to the right price. That started to worry me that the employees are just making up numbers and trying to skip the part where I called and they clearly stated less than 500 dollars for this service. I leave with the loaner. Then Marie texts me that she needs to change my front brakes an unexpected expense. To be safe I took her professional advice that she said came from the mechanic. That cost me an additional 1,000 dollars I wasn't looking to spend. I rather be safe then sorry. She texts me within the same day that it's all done and to come back. I just couldn't believe that the service was done within like 3 hours. When I come back and got my vehicle it is vibrating and the whole car sounds messed up. I know for a fact that the car didn't sound that way before I left it. I attempt to explain it to her and she completely disregards me. She tells me that everything was fine. I just bought the car over 7 months ago from a certified Mercedes Benz dealership in perfect shape. After leaving it here they basically messed up my vehicle. In my opinion given her attitude of acting money hungry led me to believe they left the car all messed up so I'd bring it again and spend more money. I didn't like the unprofessional employees and management. Even the cashier threw me my money and reciept. At least if you're going to call yourself a good company have charismatic staff. And maintain your professionalism. Don't disrespect your clients their future business and they are your solid referrals. These people make the company look really bad, and their a bad representation of the goal of this company. They are acting like thieves on the Jerome strip in the bronx.
