If you are looking for a top notch, 5 star experience, go to Mercedes Benz of Princeton and ask for Kevin Keener. He is buy far the best sales specialist I have ever worked with. He made my car buying decision an easy one. He is very knowledgeable and truly cares about his customers having the perfect car buying experience. I would highly recommend him to anybody in the market for a Mercedes. I also found comfort in knowing who I will ask for the next time I buy a Vehicle. Thank you Kevin for working as hard as you did for me I will forever appreciate it!

One of the best car dealership I have visited. Went there for service. The waiting area is very comfortable and I appreciated the coffee.  Staff were polite and efficient. Andy handled my situation with great expertise. The issue I had did not require a service. It was a "user error"🙂and Andy helped me understand my car better. He also gave a complementary car wash and topped off the windscreen washer and I drove off with noting to pay for the service.   It was a very nice experience.

I didn't know that buying a car could be this smooth and painless. Our experience at Mercedes Benz of Princeton was amazing. Our sales consultant Ruben Lebron was kind, courteous, and very accommodating. He was never pushy and was honest and straightforward, which was a refreshing change from previous experiences of purchasing a vehicle. Ruben was very thorough and made sure we felt at ease through every step. Highly recommended!

If it was possible to give more stars for my sales rep REUBEN, I would. If you are looking for a honest, straight forward, patient rep who is willing to go above and beyond for his clients, ask for him. He made buying my  Mercedes the best experience I have ever had with any car dealership. He takes his time to explain everything, so that you are fully aware of the pros and cons. Never had I had that happen at Cadillac, BMW, or even other Mercedes dealerships. This location is some distance away from where I live, but it was well worth the trip. If you want a smooth buying experience, ask for REUBEN! Also the receptionist on Saturdays is very nice and professional.

After lots of research, a recent Car and Driver review rating the GLC43 the best performance SUV, and test drives to make sure all the tall family members fit in the back seat, I visited MB of Princeton and I was introduced to Dale Cook. I had lots of specific questions about options, performance, delivery time for orders, and Dale provided accurate answers and recommendations based on my answers to his questions about my anticipated vehicle use.  We worked up the vehicle build at his desk and I got copies of the order and estimated delivery time.  When the vehicle arrived at the dealership, the MB of Princeton team had the car ready for me in a day.  The entire sales and delivery process was executed flawlessly.  Of course, the best part of my vehicle purchase is the GLC43 that provides the driving experience I desired.  Dale's recommendation of adding the optional LED headlamps/tail lamps is worth every penny at night.  Both my sons said they have never been in a car that illuminated the road and surroundings as well as this set.  I look forward to having the car serviced and broken in with the MB of Princeton team.
