There are two things I never thought I'd do when shopping for a car: 1) Buy on route 1 in the Princeton area (thought it'd be too expensive); 2) Purchase without shopping around. We did both this weekend at Volvo Princeton and feel great about our experience. We were in great hands with Colby - he answered all of our questions, accommodated every request we had, and helped us get a great price on our new car and very fair deal on our trade-in. Will definitely return when the time comes!

Leasing our new 2018 Volvo XC90 was a pleasure at Princeton Volvo.  Colby Whipple made the entire experience outstanding.  He was very knowledgeable, personable and sold the product itself without being pushy.  His excitement about the Volvo product is contagious.  I've already told whoever that will listen that if they are looking for a Volvo there is no where better to go than Princeton Volvo and to ask for Colby.   Looking forward to continued business with Colby and the Princeton Volvo team.

Michelle S. today made car buying a true pleasure and ease, and I say that with authority after ordering our new Volvo. Having immense confidence in and knowledge about the 2019 Volvo XC90 T5 FWD Momentum for OSD (overseas delivery), I called wanting to place a such order. After burning a week with 3 nearby dealers all of whom didn't followup about when I should place my order, despite being clear I was serious and ready to order and pay deposit, none actually gave me an answer. Turns out the answer's merely: order anytime, the delivery date can be set forward. Michelle, however, was immediately familiar with this OSD process and answered it swiftly and she fulfilled this willing buyer! Her professionalism and knowledge showed during the order construction and writing up with all the details known and captured. It was such a total relief having her as our seller because our stress went down and our happiness went up.

I've heard for my whole life from friend's parents then friends themselves as we became of age about how great Volvo Princeton is and I can now personally credibly attest to the same high customer service in every sense from Michelle. We're super happy with Michelle and the whole of Volvo Princeton, so thanks to all there for a great beginning with Volvo. As their tagline says, "For life."

Chris Long was very patient in discussing my preferences and worked with other dealers to make sure I got exactly the car that I wanted and in just a few days.  He also came through with a lower interest rate at the last minute, lower than what even I could get directly from the same bank.  Nick Long has gone above and beyond to make sure that I fully understand the features and benefits of the new car.  It's clear that he believes in and is very passionate about Volvo cars.  Everyone at the dealership was very friendly.
