I took my car for a simple headlight adjustment since my father was going to drive the car all the way to Virginia. They completely messed up with the headlights and so my father crossed the country blinding everyone on the road without noticing and I’m having to re-pay for the same service to be done correctly. We feel like we should trust them more than an independent mechanic but that’s definitely not the case.

I can't believe I'm saying this, but our experience buying a new car at Concord Toyota was relatively pain-free.  Salesman was friendly, of course.  But he also followed up on all our requests without trying to talk us into something else.  The finance guy gave a shot at selling us extras, but didn't press us when we hurried him over the items and then said no to all of them.  All in all, it couldn't have been easier, and we got a pretty good deal on exactly what we wanted.  And Jesse, our salesman, was a fun guy to go though the process with.

Came in due to punctured tire. Outstanding staff at the service department! My advisor was Daric M. He was the best, very professional and knowledgeable! I'm from WI and travel for work, and is always comforting to meet people you can trust away from home. THANK YOU!

I recently had my FJ Cruiser serviced at Concord Toyota.  Gerald was assigned as my representative.  I needed to have my alternator replaced as well as my front brake pads.  Gerald was exceptional and very professional.  He kept me updated and informed about everything.  The overall service experience could not have been better - Thanks to the professional expertise of Gerald.  Thanks again!

If you are getting a vehicle from them it's really nice.
But I have taking my Toyota tacoma to have them.
 for inspection and services 
I was told that  the service was done  to the my  truck I pay for it .
I walk out happy that my truck it's back on the road 2 days latter my truck breakdown in Fremont I take my truck to Fremont Toyota and for my surprise they tell me that my truck have no oil and that I probably did some damage to my engine.
