We had to go to urgent care on Labor Day after my 3 year old daughter fell out of bed an broke her collar bone. There was a small wait, but the staff got us in quickly. The nurses and radiology tech were very nice and made my daughter feel at ease despite her initial worries. Dr. Paul was fantastic and even had her giggling by the end of the visit. I hope I never have to go back, but will come here for my urgent care needs from now on.

Went there today I was feeling absolutely horrible. I had chest congestion and a horrible cough and back pain. Checking in was alright no issues there they actually gave me a ice pack for my back. The CMA Heather was absolutely rude to me from the get go didn't even get all the symptoms I was having. Then the doctor came in John Olson and he came into the room and said "what's wrong with you" and to top that all off he pointed out my acne on my face. That made me feel worse then being sick. A doctor doesn't know then difference between acne and a wound. I will never go back to mercy north because of the doctor especially.

We recieved excellent care and compassionate staff from registration through departure.

Took my 2 year old in cause he was having a fever and a rash all over his body.. felt like they didn't even really care, like they didn't even want to listen to you.

I just got back. I was in and out in about 45 minutes, which I thought was great for a Saturday morning. I know others have had bad experiences there, but mine was great. They were all very friendly and professional. I had an infection in my finger which the doctor had to cut and drain. She did a great job and I am so glad I went there. Now I just need to get my prescription and start healing!
