The call center is unreal, they have no empathy, no experience, no knowledge, and tell you its ok to be late for your appointment when they didn't even check with the doctors offices, there a call center, they have no access to the doctors schedules, and your on hold forever. Get experienced receptionist!!

Regarding: Dr. Neelima Chennupati If you need an excellent doctor go see my doctor for the past ten years. She takes her time and know her stuff. She is very easy to talk too. I see her for my women's health and if I get sick I usually have no trouble getting an appointment.

Rude and disrespectful. So my experience with clinic since my gf kid has low income Medicare they won't take. Regardless the situation should have been more professional regardless of status. I'll stick UnityPoint.

I had an appointment with a Dr Melissa Ehm Pote here and I showed up early for it, walked in, and was told she called in sick. Okay, that's fine, but no one had called me about it, so I asked why they hadn't contacted me. The receptionist looked at me like I was crazy and said, "we did." I said "No you didn't. I have had my phone all day, and I've not gotten any calls." And she said "Well, we called you." Annoyed, I decided to let it go and asked when I could schedule again. She told me not for another three weeks. I asked why, since I'd already had this appointment in place for three weeks and I wanted to see if there was a way to get in before yet another three weeks. The lady looked at me and said, "Look, I don't know if you know this honey, but even doctors get sick." That was the last straw and completely out out of the blue considering I wasn't upset that she was sick, I just wanted to know when I could reschedule. Needless to say, I left and I won't be going back. These people are rude and treat you like you're not worth their time.
