Here currently 10/2/17. I was picked up by the ambulance and taken to ER. Was seen immidiatly and taken care of for the first few hours. They decided to keep me over night and observe some more. The nurses are amazing and very helpful. The only reason i took stars of is because of the amount of time i had to wait to get my questions answered by a doctor. I waited for 16 hours and in that time all I had done was an EKG. Waiting on an MRI now for 2 hours!!!! Very slow. Also, I wanted to head home after the ER because I was feeling better and they told me "if you don't fallow doctors recommendations and go home instead, you will pay out of pocket for your care.* Update: waited 6 and a half hours for an MRI and decided to go home because they took forever

My brother is in this place and if u don't know anything about medical they will let your love o e die. Do not send your family member their the staff is very rude and so is the doctors. If I could they would get a -10 They don't care about your love ones

I Only Give This Hospital a ONE STAR because it is the only way it will Post! Other wise It would get a Minus score! { Mercy San Juan } is The Worst Hospital I have ever been to! It is FILTHY Dirty! No Privacy ! You sit in an over crowed waiting room in horrible Pain for minimum of Six Hours with an inflamed appendix, Others vomiting, children crying in pain. The system is extremely slow, the Doctors don't seem to communicate! Who Ever is overseeing this Hospital needs to go over it with a fine tooth comb AND some Soap and Water! SHAME ON YOU and Two Thumbs Down to its Administration.

September 2016: It's a hit or miss on how your nursing staff is. Don't expect to continue receiving your normal prescription medication, including birth control, while you are a patient. Expect slow results, horrible food, avoidance of answering questions... be ready to be told something different by every doctor and still discharged when you're still suffering. 1 Star August 2017: I am "updating" my review with my most recent experience, this time in the ER. I do not recommend going here at night. I've unfortunately had my fair share of ER visits at different hospitals over the years, at all hours of the day or night. This ER was understaffed and the waiting rooms were full. The staff was very nice though which offset how crowded and how long my visit was. The staff for check-in helped me within 10 minutes to check my vitals and check me in. My wait for the PA was about 40 minutes later and from there, my EKG, Xray and labs were all completed within another hour. Due to how understaffed the night crew was, it took another 7 hours before I was brought to a room to go over my results. When I was brought back, they had a shift change and more staff which helped expedite my checkout process. Both sets of staff were kind and informative. 3 stars Total rating: 2 stars

It is not good at all ,don't waste your time they are not good. I have not seen a doctor. They started to give my daughter ibuprofen with out having any thing in her stomach. Waiting 2 hours for nothing. I am better than the hospital if I can write medication. I will never ever come back here. I rather to die but not come. 👎👎👎
