If you have HMO hills physican through Aetna CHANGE PROVIDER NOW!!! Dr. Did not meet my needs. Barely spent any time analyzing me after waiting 2hrs. Then spent no more than 10min in room literally. Expressed my concerns which he could only categorize as one thing..Not satisfied at all. I only rated 1 star because Roberta receptionist helped me with being seen after insurance made oopsy.. She was very professional and overworked!!! these ladies in the front need more help from management instead of getting filled with more work.

I had called to make an appt. They are booked until september which is fine. They ask if my son is a patient of record and I said no. Then tells me I have to call my insurance.    The attitute she was giving was very rude. I I understand if we cannot be seen if because of the ins. I may just pay out of pocket if worth it. Yet front office lacks customer service and professionalism. Even if we are not patients of record I would not want to come here to be a new patient .

Is this is a horrible and terrible place to go if you need Healthcare. This  doctor did not give my child who got ulcers,  at the age of 13.  did not give her any outside care.  he gave her six refill of prescriptions for ulcer medicines . and told her to come back in 6 months if she's having problems.. they turned out to be bleeding ulcers inside her at such a young age and he didn't care.

When you visit this clinic you have to waite at least one hour to be seen by a doctor even you have an appointment. Not recommended. Very poor customer service.

The older male doctor is terrible and does not know what he is doing. The  female Pa however is awsome she is very nice, compassionate and helpful.  Highly recomendation the Pa. I'd give the doctor 1 star and the PA 5 stars.
