They are impossible for anything...appointments messages never return calls when you call and choose to be called back when the wait is too long. Also when the only pediatrician at the location is on vacation no one takes her place they expect you to go hella far to another clinic and wont provide transportation.
But the worst is when you and your pharmacy call about refills for your child/children and they take their sweet time or refuse to fill em. They are messing with peoples well fare/lives when meds are not to be stopped abruptly or when its asthma medication.
Also the dental clinic is there and they literally sit across from each other same systems but yet they wont access the other when need be. Plus no Dr on Mondays. I could go on and on.

They are so hard to get ahold of, and set appointments with. They Never answer their phone!

My 3 boys goes there im lookin for new dr they are rude take the kids in for appts and they say they are not in the system but i took my oldest out this horrible disorganized place now taking the 2 youngest out. Front office is horrible. I even helped a friend get his girl in for a ob appt and they keep rescheduling her and putting it out 2 or 3 months . now she is 6 months or more never seen her a doctor. Tried changing dr but she got wait 30 days see someone else then make a appt with them by then she will have her baby. Horrible place.

Service was horrible no flexibility with appointment times. And with a new born they schedule 2-3 months out. Dr J was not professional she'd come in be skeptic of what out concernes wer and would just leave no good bye,see you in 2 months just leave you in the room for the assistant to send you on your way. Main issue she did a check up said our baby was fine even thought we made different points later that day took her to Mercy general doc did x-rays and other test to find out out baby has bronchitis and abnormal blood with extreme acid reflux. Even the doc there said he didn't know how our pediatrician did not know? So will be switching from this clinic. Good luck to those who keep service with this place.(must be nice to get paid well to not do your job)
