I wouldn't even give this place one star. They are very unprofessional. I have ant problem that seems to be getting worse, it doesn't matter how much I keep it clean, they are still crawling everywhere, I have a tree that is growing right on the side of my house that will mess up the foundation of the house, my garbage disposal hasn't worked since I moved in the kitchen floor is still messed up, the glaze from the tub that kept us from moving in is cracking.. I have reported all of these problems to the office and so far it has been three weeks and nothing still hasn't been done. On top of that when we signed the lease to move in we were told that it was all electric that we did not have to worry about gas. Apparently there is gas and they shut it off without letting us know in advance so none of my kids could take a bath because there isn't any hot water. They still weren't going to tell us until I went up there and confronted them about it and on top of that they charged me a 53 dollar utility transfer fee for the gas that we didn't know about. I would not recommend this place to anyone..

I have kids and grandkids that live in this hell hole of a place... they make it seem like it's a nice community to live in.. However nothing could be further from the truth ... they fix nothing but expect thier money on time every month...  do not believe a word these people say to you the majority of the mobile homes are very cheaply remodeled and will start falling apart within the first month you live there... they are over priced and under managed...  and no one can give a direct answer to any question... they always refer you to corporate whom by the way doesn't answer and/or respond..
