This place is great I moved from Houston last minute and it was very important that I had a place by the 3rd. They didn't have anything ready at the time but the management really helped my out I left Houston on the 3rd and only had my uhaul for 5 days and they moved mountains to get me into a house. They really worked with me on everything and ended up having to replace the carpet due to the last owners pets and the day or two after I told them the carpet had to go they had somebody out the very next day and got it replaced in 3 hours. Management is really nice and helps with all my needs so far it's been a great place to live and we love our house.

 Love living here.  There's a pool and playground so there's things for the kids to do all summer long.   The only bad thing is there isn't enough parking. If you need to park more than two cars per house you have to park at the front office and walk to your house.  With the pool being open there may not even be a spot open.

Previous tennant. Had a great experience. Storm shelter, pool, and play yard for the kids. We moved out because rent goes up every year and became too expensive for a 2 bed 10yr old trailer home.

Worst place to ever live! They dont fix anything and they dont take of the pests. They are rude and really high priced.
