My mother and I live here. We love it! Anytime we need anything we call Angie and she is really quick to get Jeremy or Jerry out to inspect. Everyone is really friendly and helpful. They always acknowledge us with a smile and make sure our needs are met.

Been resident for 13 yrs. Nicely kept. One of the finer parks in central ok.

Once a nice, quiet place to live. Now adults out as late as 4am drinking and being loud in the streets. Same adults offering and buying alcohol for minors. Calls to the office go unanswered. Messages never get returned. Speeders, kids walking in the middle of the roads, feral cats everywhere. Who cares? Not management that's for sure. But let your grass get a little high (5 inches due to excessive rainfall) and they're quick to put a "force mow" notice giving you less than 12 hours to mow before they charge you $80 and do it for you. I hope my neighbors enjoyed me mowing after I got home from work at 9:30pm. Complain to the office. They'll get back to you. Maybe....

Really nice area, a few bad eggs but that's anywhere really. Landlord is super sweet and nice! She's not been here very long but we love her already! Renee is super sweet as well! Would recommend this place! Haven't had any problems, maintenance is super nice and when we have a problem, which is rare, they come fix it immediately!

Great place! The ladies in the office are very sweet. Its a very nice and clean place to live, great people.
