Went there to look at a rental. The park was clean and Corey, the manager was extremely friendly and helpful.

Ya they'll move you in fast and tell you your rent will be something like 6 to 7 around that figure a month but when  all is settled in done your  paying out like $900 or more a month for rent( doesn't even include lawn maintenance). So I wouldn't suggest doing that because it's not worth the cost, what they are leaving out is the black mold even in there newer models, be sure to check the vents & lift them to see if it is directly exposed to the ground underneath, you will have an infestation of field mice no time. Check your closets in every room when it rain's (black mode is the worst kind, which I found personal in my kids rooms) be aware if your family continuously keep having headaches.

I was in the process of buying a 4bed 2b home but was not Successful needed a place fast misty hollow offered lowdown payment.1st day in Noticed Roaches running UNDER & behind refrigerater not to mention they fruadently make you sign waiver stating they have no (Critters) after moving it to see  Later on hurds of mice  boldy run thru the unit in innumerable holes in the walls and floors from these mice or rats field behind mobile home never gets cut ,went to check under the Unit to find tons of mice,rats and infestation of Roaches inside the walls of manufactured home the floor in the master bathroom is collapsed underneath also a leak inside guess bathroom causing a odor like Mold smell that was eventually to harsh to bare lights switches that have never work and short out.dryrotted blinds that break at the slightest touch.All complaints were made to office staff. Maintenance men kicks hole in master bathroom wall then fills some cracks with expanding foam leaves it never comes back apparently he was fired With all my complaints the water leak that cause my electric bill to be in the1200's was fixed after my lease was up  only thing they can say is they conveniently say they have no Record of the Work orders or complaints ..p.s they switched management 3to4 times also 3times maintenance they offer no reimbursement for the Chewed up new sofa My 3 little girls cloths nor the beds that's been chewed on by disgusting rats  this has been the Most Horrific place I have Called my Home In My 35 years on earth. Be careful Your Health Could Be at Risk Living Here I Personally would not Suggesting living Here Even to The Devil him self
