Not good.  25$ for a bad wash. They charged me for there pearl package, there was still dirt on and in my car.  Windows all streaked, nothing inside wiped down.  No scent added. And took over a half hour.  There we're 5 cars ahead of me. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Pricey for what you get. Usually I clean my own car at a self-service one but decided to take a loaned vehicle here since it was borrowed from a family member. I remember them doing such nice jobs years and years ago.
Grabbed the top package (pearl package) which includes inside vacuumed and the outside with extras like wax and undercarriage and I think some rain x stuff….Outside turned out nice and gave a nice shine, but the inside looked almost the same, missed big areas on rug that were noticeable, dash is the only thing that looks cleaned. For only one car being behind me and coming out to 20 bucks I definitely wouldn’t recommend it unless you just want to waste 20 bucks. 
Self-service is going to save you atleast $5 or maybe half but the satisfaction you get out if it is even better. I guess if you can afford it sure, that way the employees have some sort of job security but if you want cup holders, arm rests, seats wiped. Then do it yourself because you want get it at Mermaid unless you pay for a detail.

They raised there prices and they don't vacuum out the cargo area anymore😞.  My cargo area is 18" deep and width of the suv. I was told if I wanted it vacuumed it would be $2.50. I have been going to this carwash for years and paying the prices. Now I'm paying more for less service, guess I will be going down the road to get  my 4 vehicles washed if I have to vacuum myself.

Vehicle never gets clean, windshield is always streaked on the inside and bugs never get removed from grill.  Too bad Octopus left.

Expensive, took 1hr to make it through wash. Vacuuming was nice although the long line countered the bennifits. If you value your time, go somewhere else or somewhere that has more than one lane open.
