This place has it's ups and downs but overall, it's a lot nicer with the new ownership. They do care about your cars, and they are also not half high. It's called they wake up super early to open and prepare everything for snobby customers who complain about every little thing. In most cases, over the years of taking my car there I've seen ridiculous things happen. OF COURSE the hose are going to be frozen if it's 20 degrees out, and depending on how your car was damaged and WHY, because there has been people caught on camera who purposely complain that their car got a dent or something broke that was already dented or broken to begin with. ( Proven with the cameras ) which is why this so called damage is not paid for. But if it were truly the machines fault, they would resolve it and pay for the damage as it has happened in front of me. The employees there work their butts off sometimes in the rain and snow just to keep their business running, and customers happy. Try working outside in 2 degree weather with heavy winds or when it's 80 degrees out, where you're sweating and your skin is boiling. Through all this they still have a smile. I applaud this car wash as it's the best one I've been to in Hanover. Great deals, and polite employees.

The water from the wands is cold, and contains little if any soap. I couldn't believe it. Go somewhere else.

Worst car wash experience ever. The car wash the employee's run you through doesn't work. water is only sprayed on half your car, dryer didn't work at the end. You are better off going through the Soft Touch for $12, opposed to doing the basic wash for $11 like i originally wanted to do. They also tried to sell a service with that car wash that no one in their right mind would be interested in.. No i don't want your crappy service from your half high employees.
