They say they have gluten free options, but were sold out by early afternoon. If gluten free is that popular, I would make more so you don't sell out. If you only offer gluten free on speciality orders, say so on your website. Didn't buy or try anything here. Left disappointed.

I had to order some cupcakes last minute and Mermaids Bakery did a fantastic job of getting the cupcakes delivered. They even got them there earlier than promised! The frosting wasn't too sugary it was just the right amount for the cupcake and they were a HUGE hit, everyone wanted to take extra home. I will definitely use them again.

Delicious cake and cupcakes. We ordered about 10 dozen cupcakes with varying flavors die our wedding and they were a huge hit. We even got some gluten free! We also got our wedding cake there and it was just as amazing.

I never feel compelled to write reviews or read them because I feel like people just come on to complain. However, I came in a couple of days ago and gave the specific instructions on this birthday cake that I needed, and I likely stressed out the lady at the front desk with all my questions. ( you would be surprised how hard it is to find a bakery that makes a vanilla frosting without cream cheese). When I arrived, it was pretty to look at and seems very stable. ( they need bags to put the cakes in). For the party that night I received rave reviews, and people asked where I got it from. I want to thank the staff for being helpful and understand with my request and making a great cake. I will be back !

Will NEVER order from them again..customer service is horrible..when I spend $150 on cupcakes and told over the phone TWICE that there are small boxes for people to take a cupcake home..I do not want to walk in to pay, just to be told there's a $.25 charge per box. I will take mediocre taste w/excellent customer service anyway over this mess..
