An excellent experience and we would recommend to anyone needing a realtor.

When we called, Mike and Laurie both helped us get started and sent us in the right direction. Ashley was our realtor throughout the rest of the process and was absolutely fantastic. She made crystal clear everything we needed to do as first time home buyers. She was flexible with our schedule and available whenever we needed. Ours was not your typical home sale experience.  The night before closing a hail storm pummeled our home and delayed closing by a month.  Throughout the process of dealing with submitting the insurance claim, claims adjuster, working with contractors, etc. Michael helped us respond in a timely manner to questions, requests, etc. from the buyer's agent, and title company.

Blue picket is amazing! Laurie is great! She came out to photograph the house and made it look amazing! She answered all my questions and put my nerves to rest! She is never difficult to reach! She got our house on the market the next day and in less than a few hours four appointments were set up for showings! And it was under contract by the end of the day for more than asking! Absolutely incredible! We are so satisfied with this experience.

We love Blue Picket Realty. They are very professional and friendly. They will go out of their way to make sure you have met all your expectations and are happy. Laurie treated us like family and made us feel very comfortable through the whole housing process. Along with their skills, they have many professional connections that made buying a house very easy and stress free. We couldn't be more happy with how Blue Picket Realty helped us to get our first home! Thanks!

The Blue Picket Realty team is, without a doubt, the best real estate company in Colorado Springs. My wife and I were so overwhelmed with the home buying process, but Blue Picket Realty made it so easy. They were so attentive, helpful, and focused on customer service! We saw that they had won "Best of the Springs" last year, and we really did not want to use one of the "bigger" real estate companies. I was so thankful we chose them, and they certainly lived up to their great reputation.

If you're looking at homes for sale in Colorado Springs, I cannot recommend Blue Picket Realty highly enough!
