This place is such a mixed bag. I've been to most of the retail spaces over the last year, and, honestly I never know what to expect. I'm either going to be floored by somebody who goes above and beyond, or I'm going to have an employee slam a door in my face and call me a racial epithet... And I'm white... In Council Bluffs.

Just don't expect anything, and be surprised by what you get. At least there's plenty of parking and the local meth dealers tend to avoid the area.

My wife and I go to several shops at Metro Crossing.
     Hobby Lobby at least 3 times a month.. we are very artsy at our house. Sometimes we have difficulty finding what we look for at Hobby Lobby.. but you can't beat their discounts or their app!
     We go to Dollar General and Bed Bath and Beyond 10-15 times a year. Target less often. And we have gone to the Cox store once to set up our acount. Oh and the CHI Urgent Care once as well.

Great shopping area. Good parking with lots of spots and handicap access. They have a lot of shops also. The area is nicely decorated with fountains. It has a charging station for electric cars also. They have lots of food selections as well. There is a drive thru Starbucks also. When it snow they remove the snow and don't take up parking. It's nice place to shop. Only downside is that it is outdoor strip mall so you can't walk around as much in the cold but you could drive to other stores.

Great shopping center with a nice array of eateries and shopping (mostly chain locations). There is easy access right off of the interstate and there is even a Tesla supercharger station just behind the TJ Maxx store. If your just passing through town looking for a quick bite to eat from a chain restaurant that your probably familiar with, then this is place to stop.

I love Carnival Shoes especially for my kids I got 7 kids and just imagine that buy one get one half off that's the best price in town
