I don't really know how to review a mall. It has shops. You can walk around in it. You can eat. What more do you need? I like that it has Blaze Pizza and a Lane Bryant (there might be a relationship between those two things . . . shut up). It's got decent parking. It has the best snow mountains in winter. It's close to a lot of other good shopping and eateries. It's not as trendy as Jordan Creek, but that's a good thing to me.

Sandwich's were great. We ordered 1/2 of one sandwich and were given a whole one.We ordered cake, very dry. They did nothing about it !!! $4.50 And I told them. Karen Jennings- 203 N.E. 14th St.- Leon, Iowa.50144.

The salon in the bomb. I have had the same stylist there for about 4 years and she is awesome. My all time favorite salon.

My wife loves to shop at Christopher Banks. They are one of the few places to buy modest apparel such as long skirts.

Valley West Mall is an excellent shopping center. In any other community, this would be the "go-to" mall. Unfortunately for Valley West, Jordan Creek is just down the road. While I enjoy going to both malls, I've found the stores at Valley West tend to be more similar to those you'd see in smaller communities, whereas Jordan Creek offers more "high end" and "high fashion" stores. This makes for great variety depending on what you're looking for. This local community is fortunate to have two great malls so close by!
