Terrific venue with many trap, skeet and 4-stand fields as well as an indoor pistol range. A large clubhouse provides plenty of tables and chairs for relaxing and socializing. there’s a large picnic area with more grills than I’ve ever seen in once place. Shooting leagues run all year. Ammunition available at reasonable prices. They have memberships that provide significant savings of you shoot frequently. Friendly and helpful staff.
The staff is amazing here. It's very spacious and perfect for a small gathering of 40-50 people. Trap shooting outside and handgun shooting inside. Youth must be DNR Certified
Very welcoming to non-member. We took our son there to shoot his new trap gun for the first time. A gentleman met us in the parking lot asked if he could help. Set us up with Jason who was very helpful working with our son to make sure the new gun fit properly. Would definitely recommend several trap and skeet fields. Jason pulled and scored and even marked down when my son was ahead or behind the clays! We will be back great place!
Went trap shooting for the first time in my life with my friend Joe. Still trying to convince me we weren't going by golf scoring standards. Jay, the two Ethan's and the lady on the register took very good care of us. Close to the cities so you can be back for last call. Great facility to be a member or visitor of.
This place puts bills gun range to shame.less then half the price, everyone is is very kind on like bills, they also have trap shooting archery indoor range, tons of snacks variety of drinks as well. Huge indoor seating area air conditioned as well. Lots of parking space for everyone as well. If you're looking for a great time bring your family out for a great day.
Not really sure why this is allowed in a residential area. I feel sorry for the poor children playing in their yards that have to listen to gunshots all day and into the night.
Invited by my brother and father inlaw for 25 shot trap shooting .. was cold but an awesome time
It was my first time coming here and I can't say enough good things about it! Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable, the pistol range was great and for the first time in over 6 years I shot a round of trap and it was a blast! It is very reasonable and a great experience! I will definitely return!
Amazing owner, staff, and facilities!! Great prices, especially for memberships, so many things to do. Pistol range, League shooting in handgun and trap or skeet, classes and many other things like duck tower. This really is an amazing range that you need to try out! Thank you Metro Gun Club!
Very negative experience with their Firearm safety. They tell the kids to ask questions, speak up if they need assistance but intimidate them to the point of being uncomfortable asking. Employees gentleman who run the place swearing at one another while kids are around during field day. Highly recommend finding another location to take your kids for proper gun safety training.
