Restaurant is always busy and rightfully so. Food is amazing, atmosphere is perfect and the restaurant is up-to-date. Joining their club and getting their club card is a worthwhile small investment to save a lot over the course of several visits. Staff is very friendly and attentive, seating is comfortable, menu is large and drink selections are great! Visiting during the summer offers the outdoor patio and bar which is a very good way to enjoy the weather and enjoy your meal. I would highly recommend going to one of their many locations; however have only had the enjoyment of the Blaine location.

What I saw here tonight is absolutely not okay. Sending home an employee because they forgot the seasonal beer and then calling them an embarrassment to the company. No, what's embarrassing AND disgusting is the way some of the managers here treat their employees. As a fellow business owner; treat your employees well and they will treat your customers well. You should building your employees up and teaching them, not tearing them down. Not cool. As a frequent patron at this restaurant I will be taking my business elsewhere and I suggest other people do the same.

I've worked in many restaurants in several states, but have never worked with a staff so focused on a great guest experience. Cooks take pride in their dishes. Expo (the person who reviews every order and ensures quality) demands excellence. Servers go out of their way to give guests exactly what they want, and they don't complain about odd requests like in any other kitchen. Really great people here, and the food is fantastic.

Been here a few times, and I've loved it every time. The staff is very professional and friendly. The manager is always around to help make the experience seamless. On my most recent visit, one of the appetizers came out later than the food, and since most of our party was already full, the manager took the appetizer off our bill. Also, without asking, the manager brought me a gluten-free beer in lieu of a birthday dessert since none of them were gluten-free. Will definitely come again!

Once thing to note is that the acoustics in the restaurant are terrible. Expect a loud-ish dining experience. A good investment for the Tavern would be a few hanging acoustic panels.

The pizza that I had made custom for me was delicious! Loved the drinks I had based on a server's recommendations! My one complaint was the time it took me to get my food and my drink. I was in a large group, so I figured it would take a while, but people who got there after me and ordered after me got their food and drink before I did. But I would say, I was not disappointed when my stuff showed up. Would definitely go back for a social hour or a date!
