Untrustworthy and shady. I only gave it one star because I had to give one to post this. This cab company completely screwed me over. I called at 3:00pm to order a cab for 5:45 pm, they told me that because I was under 4 miles I wasn't able to reserve a cab to call back later , closer to the time i wanted the cab. I asked if it would be a problem because I had a very important doctors appointment at 6:30 , she said no, no problem at all. I called at 5:15 to order a cab and got a text message that a cab number 1760 had been assigned and would arrive in 5 min. 30 minutes later I get a call with a recording that there is an issue and they cant find a cab for me. needless to say I was unable to find another cab and had to miss a VERY IMPORTANT doctors appointment.

I was riding a bike and a yellow cab was parked on the bike lane (not even loading/unloading passenger, just standing idle). As I passed by, I tapped his window with two fingers to let him know he shouldn't be parked there. The guy then followed me honking aggressively, and came out of the cab at a red light to threaten me physically. I'm not gonna ride with this kind of company for sure.
