I forgot my purse in the back of a Taxi Town cab.  I called them immediately the next morning.  Their staff was very polite and helpful.  By noon, they had contacted the driver and returned my purse with all of the contents intact including my phone which I was most worried about losing.  They were very professional and concerned and I  greatly appreciated their responsiveness.

Dropped my wallet/keys in a cab. Called them immediately to find out if the cab driver returned it - and the "manager" (some lady) was incredibly rude. Immediately saying that nothing was turned in without even looking anywhere or asking for item description or cab information. So I asked her to look up my cab information and gave her my credit card information that I paid with (I have a transaction with taxi town's info on my statement) and she tells me there's nothing in their system under that credit card. HOW. She can't tell me anything else except that she can no longer help me. I call back yesterday get a different person who takes down my information and said he'll call me back. I missed his call, I called back and I get the same rude lady as before. I tell her I'm calling back and all I get is "I don't know who called you. If they didn't leave a message it wasn't called from us." HOW. I have you guys on my caller ID, but nope. Doesn't matter at this point. I'm sure my wallet/keys are long gone. But I'm furious at this company - I would feel perfectly fine reporting them because of their noncompliance. Want to stay in business? You have to keep your customers and not have cab drivers that steal other's belongings.

Our taxi driver told my wife to "be quiet and listen to her husband" when she asked about the 5 dollar surcharge. I told him to stop the cab so we could get out and he then said  "be quiet and let me drive, I'm tired and want to go home". Our location was only a mile away but when we asked a final time to be let out our driver circled around the parking lot until the meter ticked over another 25c - at which point he told us to get out of his cab. Rude mysoginistic pig.

DO NOT EVER USE  THIS COMPANY. THEY STEAL YOUR BELONGINGS. LAPTOP WAS LEFT IN TRUNK BY ACCIDENT AND THEY CLAIM IT WASN'T THERE. ZERO HELP IN LOCATING IT. THEY STOLE IT, PERIOD. REPEAT- DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY.

Worst ride ever. Driver had phone with streaming video propped on his dash, watching a soccer game. Swerved all over the road. Besides being distracted, he acted like he was drunk, stoned or too sleepy to drive.
