We were seated right away, the chips & salsa are truly awesome as is the cheese dip; I could make a meal out of them alone. Love the salsa because it's not spicy hot although I'm certain they would make it that way for you if you like spicy hot.
The restaurant was clean & all of the employees we had contact with  were very friendly & helpful. I had the ground beef enchiladas, they were soooooo good! I could eat at this restaurant several times a week. I definitely would recommend  this establishment for a reasonably priced meal & overall great experience.

Mi Ranchito (especially the Dennis St location in Olathe) is one of my favorite Mexican restaurants. The chips and salsa are plentiful and fresh. The avocado salsa is very good, but you need to ask for that specifically. (They don't always have it)
The menu features a wide range of entrees, and choices from chicken, beef, pork and seafood - as well as a few vegetarian choices. The size of the entrees is such that I rarely (if ever) order dessert. They do, however, have several good choices. Go with the Flan, a simple but delicious finish if you need it.

I haven't been overly impressed with me Ranchito in quite some time. The tacos got a little fatter yes, but the case of dip is still as floury and thick as ever. Our server seem to be put off that she was taking our order. We tried to flag her down a couple times during dinner and had to stop somebody else to get her attention because she never made it back to our table. At this point in time I will be looking for a new Mexican restaurant. Jalapenos is my favorite but it is quite a drive, so I go there as I'm going by there and only on special occasions do we drive the extra miles to get there and at this point we just might

I love the food here, and was super happy when I saw them expand. Everything I have ever ordered has been good. The only problem I have ever had was one time they left the stickers on my bell peppers. I just picked those pieces out and left them on my plate for them to notice. I didn't complain because they service and food is always exceptional. They also have great free cheese dip coupons in the valpack

This location will never let you down. The salsa is always fresh and flavorful, and the food well-made and scrumptious. This is the original location, and for some reason the others just do not hot the same mark.
