Loved this place. It was nice dining on real china dishes. Reserved the private dining room for 10 people. Very quiet, music was at a nice volume, didnt have to raise one's voice to be heard. Food was hot, tasty and well presented. Highly recommended.

Golden Palace is in our neighborhood. My family has patronized this establishment for at least 20 years. Without fail the staff is gracious and attentive. The food is consistently good. They have daily lunch specials and a huge dinner menu. Crab Rangoon is large, generously filled, golden crispy. The spring rolls are also flaky and crispy. I like the variety of vegetables used in the dishes. My husband's favorite dish is combination lo mein. I like beef with broccoli and general's chicken. My favorite dish is pronounced you-sing chicken. Spell check is not cooperating with the proper spelling:) It is nicely spicy with green and red peppers, water chestnuts, onions, shallots and a generous amount of white chicken. We went on Christmas Day. Even though they were very busy, they seated us promptly, the service was cheerful and personable, and the food was delicious and nicely presented. Most of the food was common to other Chinese restaurants, but there were several dishes I hadn't seen before and there were pages and pages of dishes to choose from. They were also reasonably priced, with most entrees under $10.

The food is always excellent (I recommend the orange chicken), the staff friendly, and the atmosphere comfortable. Highly recommended for take-out too!

A nice calm place to get some Chinese food, it was fun to go on a date with my fiancee here back in the day although I have found some other places, it is one that we still go back to occasionally
